AC Drives
An AC drive is how we set the motor’s speed and torque for the job. Done right, the motor starts softer, the machine uses less energy, and the controller gets a clean start, stop, and speed.
We tie the drive into the PLC, the safety, and the screen. On a new machine that is the whole job. On an older one, the motor is often fine and the drive, or the way it is controlled, is what has to change. We tune it, check the I/O, and leave notes maintenance can use.

The drive is part of the motion and the controller, not a separate project.
